In the event that I am unable to make the booking I will try to find you a replacement make-up artist that I would highly recommend. Cancellation by myself prior to your trial will result in your booking fee being refunded in full.
Cancellation by me prior to your wedding day will result in a full refund of your wedding day deposit and trial costs.
In the event of an accident or severe illness, inclement weather conditions/act of god affecting myself getting to you on the
actual wedding day I will try and find you a replacement artist to look after your needs. I cannot be held responsible for any mechanical breakdowns, or for any delays caused by events beyond my control. In the event that I cannot find anyone else available that I would recommend, then the full extent of my liabilities’ would be to give you a full refund.
Please Note. I reserve the right to cancel your booking without refund, if at any time during the trial any member of your
bridal party display’s unreasonable behaviour.
These are standard terms and conditions for any make up artist, and we can assure you that in only extreme circumstances
we will find ourselves in any situation stated above and are stated here just to protect Me & You.
We will always do as much as we can to ensure that everything runs smoothly, we are professionals after all.
